No strangers, no public reach, and communication only through verified mutual links.
Core rules (FRIEND OF A FRIEND-first)
- Level 1 and Level 2 only; no public discovery.
- Mutual links are always visible; no anonymous reach.
- Consent-based interactions; opt-in, never coerced.
- No scraping, mass outreach, or indirect discovery.
Breaking FRIEND OF A FRIEND boundaries can lead to warnings, limits, or removal.
Allowed vs. not allowed
Allowed
- Requests and offers to Level 1/2 with clear intent
- Respectful, relevant messages only
- Verified businesses posting in their own tab
Not allowed
- Public ads or cold outreach
- Harassment, impersonation, or spam
- Bypassing FRIEND OF A FRIEND limits via screenshots or forwards
Communication standards
- Be clear about intent and urgency.
- Use correct tags (Help, Offer, Emergency) to set expectations.
- Stay respectful; disagreements do not excuse boundary breaking.
Reporting & enforcement
- Report misuse directly from the card or profile.
- Trust & Safety prioritizes Level 1 impacts first.
- Local rules apply when stricter than global standards.
Escalations may include warnings, feature limits, or removal.
