Safety playbook

  1. Tag the issue correctly (Help, Offer, Emergency) so routing is clear.
  2. Keep it FRIEND OF A FRIEND: only Level 1/2 contacts can be involved or notified.
  3. Share necessary context only; no exposure to outsiders.
  4. Report misuse directly from the card; escalate if safety risk.

Emergencies prioritize Level 1 proximity; nothing goes public.

Escalation paths

  • Urgent safety: alert Level 1 nearby and notify trust & safety.
  • Abuse or boundary breaks: file a report; Level 1 impacts triaged first.
  • Local requirements: handled per regional law when stricter.

  • Harassment, impersonation, or spam inside Level 1/2
  • Emergency alerts tied to real risk
  • Policy or legal violations affecting your circle
Not allowed
  • Public callouts or doxxing
  • Sharing incidents outside FRIEND OF A FRIEND
  • Mass forwarding beyond Level 2

Proof and context

  • Link to the request/offer or profile involved.
  • Evidence limited to Level 1/2 participants; blur or omit outsiders.
  • Share location only when needed for safety response.
